At Fine Pet Health, we want your companion to look and feel their best in our premium pet apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
